Shipping and Delivery

 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, via courier. Please allow the following number of business days for delivery after receiving your order:

• India-wide: 3 to 7 business days

Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the package, please arrange for an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.

Note:

• Ruska Luxury is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.
• We are not liable for any damages occurring after delivery.
• Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on factors like product, packaging, size, volume, and type. These charges will be displayed during checkout, allowing customers to review them before completing their purchase.
